APROBARON EL PRESTAMO Y AHORA HAY QUE PAGARLO – SECHEEP PREPARA UN NUEVO AUMENTO
La Ley 2992-A impulsada por legisladores del interbloque Cambiemos establece que durante el período que va desde el mes de abril y hasta el mes de diciembre de 2019, los usuarios de la empresa de Servicios Energéticos del Chaco Empresa del Estado Provincial (SECHEEP) no abonarán el ítem cargo tarifario específico, el que será bonificado en un cien por ciento por la prestataria del servicio eléctrico. La ley dispone que durante este período no se apliquen intereses moratorios a los usuarios del servicio de energía eléctrica provincial.
El Poder Ejecutivo deberá gestionar con el Nuevo Banco del Chaco S.A., una línea de crédito blando con intereses bajos y plazos de devolución amplios, para los usuarios del servicio de energía eléctrica provincial que estén atrasados en el pago de sus facturas al 31 de marzo de 2019.
El costo que demande la aplicación de la presente será imputado a la partida presupuestaria correspondiente del Ministerio de Infraestructura y Servicio Públicos.
La ley fue aprobada con 27 votos a favor, mientras que los diputados Cristaldo, Trabalón y Vega mocionaron la permanencia en cartera.
SECHEEP PREPARA UN NUEVO AUMENTO DE LA LUZ
Secheep realizará una nueva audiencia pública para aumentar la tarifa de luz. La misma será el 3 de mayo. Se debe a que consideran “desactualizada” la tarifa que los chaqueños pagan hoy.
En febrero del 2018, se determinó que ante “una variación superior al 5% en los costos de la economía para un período semestral”, el Gobierno del Chaco autoriza a Secheep, a través de un decreto firmado por el gobernador Domingo Peppo, a realizar una nueva audiencia para aumentar las tarifas.
Según los cálculos que realizó el Ejecutivo, los costos de la economía 2018 fueron de un 67%, “claramente superior al 5% establecido como límite para solicitar la actualización tarifaria”, manifestaron. Esto mismo le permite a Secheep a convocar a audiencia pública para aumentar el precio de la energía.
Asimismo justifican que el aumento que se podría dar es para que estén “en concordancia con los costos del servicio eléctrico”, y que no depende de la empresa “sino que de una serie de factores cómo la facturación de Cammesa y el proceso de producción”.
El decreto firmado por el gobernador menciona además que la tarifa vigente de Secheep está desactualizada y para cubrir los costos de distribución que proyectaron para este año, el aumento es la única solución.
Esto hace que Secheep se encuentre en un “desequilibrio económico” y tenga que sin más, incrementar sus precios para lograr ese equilibrio anhelado por la empresa.
Además, desde este medio habíamos adelantado que para el consumo de febrero se vendrá una suba del 26%, según lo informó el titular de Secheep, José Tayara, la cual se sentirá en la boleta de mayo o junio.
En Buenos Aires también anunciaron que Edenor y Edesur incrementarán el valor de sus tarifas, en un 32%. Según mencionaron, la medida se debe al precio mayorista de la energía.
