AUTOCONVOCADOS PLANES DE AHORRO CHACO NO CEDE EN SU LUCHA
“¡Alguien nos tiene que escuchar!”
En un clima de dolor, angustia, bronca, reclamos, el grupo de Autoconvocados Planes de Ahorro Chaco se reunió otra vez en la noche del lunes para continuar con su lucha en busca de que el gobierno nacional ponga un freno al aumento desmedido de los precios.
De Resistencia, Barranqueras, Puerto Vilelas y del interior de la provincia este grupo suma unos 500 consumidores que se vieron engañados en su buena fe por las Administradoras, concesionarias y fábricas automotrices que trasladaron todos los costos a los ahorristas sin medir que los perjudica en su diario vivir porque estos aumentos se llevan hasta el 80 por ciento de sus salarios.
Mes a mes la situación es más difícil, pero sabiendo que la Ley de Defensa del Consumidor los ampara y cumplimentado todos los pasos administrativos ante la Subsecretaría de Defensa del Consumidor ahora acudieron a Fundación Consumidores Unidos del Chaco – C.U.CHA, presidido por el abogado Carlos Díaz, en busca de otro camino.
Los días pasan y la situación se vuelve agobiante y la problemática daña el seno de las familias trayendo consigo situaciones complicadas en lo económico, pero también en la salud de los ahorristas.
El poder político no está respondiendo a los reclamos de los miles de suscriptores que “ya no dan más” y necesitan una solución “para ayer”. Sin embargo, la lucha no cede y los autoconvocados están en pie porque sostienen que las firmas automotrices – Chevrolet, Ford, Fiat, Volkswagen, Peugeot, Renault- les están cobrando precios “irracionales” haciendo un “abuso de posición dominante”.
Piden los autoconvocados que las administradoras, concesionarias y las terminales de automotores cobren el “valor real”, el que fija ACARA y por ello amparados en la Ley 24.240 aseguraron que “se seguirá en la lucha porque esta situación está arruinando a las familias”.
Es que además de las cuotas altas también lo que está tocando de cerca son las ejecuciones prendarias que iniciaron este tridente que maneja hoy los planes de ahorro en la Argentina.
“La lucha sigue”, dijeron y agregaron que esperan respuestas tanto en el plano administrativo a través de Defensa del Consumidor y la IGJ, del Poder Ejecutivo de Mauricio Macri, del Poder Legislativo porque en el Congreso y el Senado hay proyectos de ley para paliar esta problemática que toca a más de 15 mil argentinos y a su vez de la Justicia porque en cada provincia ya se realizaron presentaciones en busca de una solución.
*¿Vamos por la vía judicial? Nosotros los referentes, también somos damnificados, y por ello acudimos a un nuevo camino en busca de la solución. No es tarde, ni un capricho que recién se haya hecho ahora. Estábamos esperando que otros jueves den el primer paso ya que en el Chaco nadie lo hizo aún. Le aclaramos que la elección del abogado es propia de cada uno. Nadie le dirá a quién acudir ni los obligará a que hagan el amparo y la cautelar con uno en particular. La acción es “individual” no obstante nos seguimos moviendo en grupo.
Lo que quedó claro en la reunión de este lunes es que estamos amparados en la Ley de Defensa del Consumidor y el litigio por tal es de gratuidad. Es decir, que sólo se paga Caja Forense y gastos de diligencias. (adjuntamos captura de la Ley 24.240)
Toda esta información se especificará en las horas subsiguientes como así también se indicará cómo será la formación del grupo y del listado para aquellos que ya tomaron la decisión de ir por la vía judicial”*.
