CAPITANICH ANUNCIÓ QUE EL PRESIDENTE ALBERTO FERNÁNDEZ VISITARÁ CHACO ESTE MARTES
El gobernador chaqueño y el presidente analizaron las políticas sanitarias implementadas y definieron nuevas acciones con el objetivo de “cortar” la circulación comunitaria en el gran Resistencia. El presidente confirmó su visita para fortalecer el sistema de atención.
El gobernador chaqueño mantuvo un encuentro vía teleconferencia con el presidente de la nación Alberto Fernández, en la que analizaron las acciones sanitarias en el marco de la pandemia por Covid-19.
Acordaron una visita presidencial al Chaco este martes 30 de junio para ejecutar un programa de fortalecimiento de acciones preventivas y de atención médica por la pandemia. “Todos estamos haciendo un esfuerzo extraordinario, y la única forma de resolver esto es con responsabilidad comunitaria, voluntad individual y la acción del estado”, aseguró Capitanich.
“Analizamos el sistema de planificación, gestión, implementación y comunicación de las acciones preventivas y ejecutivas en la provincia en el marco de la pandemia y observamos los resultados obtenidos luego de 110 días de medidas severas y restrictivas”, amplió el gobernador.
En este sentido destacó la cooperación nacional y agradeció al presidente Alberto Fernández que visitará la provincia el próximo martes para reunirse con los equipos y fortalecer el funcionamiento de la unidad Covid. “El objetivo es garantizar una etapa donde podamos cortar la circulación comunitaria y atender a los pacientes de la mejor manera”, señaló y destacó que si bien en Chaco hubo muchos pacientes recuperados también hay letalidad, por lo cual es necesario mejorar los niveles de atención.
“Es una situación crítica y compleja, que depende de múltiples variables. El covid demuestra ser un virus que no reconoce distancias, temperaturas, para el cual no hay remedios, ni vacunas y que cuando se propaga comunitariamente tiene un efecto de contagio que se cobra vidas, por eso es importante hacer el máximo esfuerzo para reducir el impacto y cortar la circulación comunitaria”, expresó.
Además, Fernández y Capitanich definieron la implementación de un nuevo modelo para esta etapa, considerando el receso escolar, administrativo, legislativo y la feria judicial acompañado de con un modelo de regulación y restricción de la circulación; junto a un perfeccionamiento de los recursos humanos para la atención médica a los efectos de disminuir el índice de letalidad.
“Pudimos atenuar el impacto adverso del crecimiento exponencial de la curva pero hoy mantenemos un crecimiento lineal y constante, y no pudimos quebrar la tendencia de la circulación comunitaria” detalló el gobernador y explicó que eso hace al gran Resistencia asimilable a la evolución de los casos del área metropolitana de Buenos Aires (AMBA). Aseguró que son dos núcleos duros de propagación y circulación comunitaria producto de la irrupción del virus entre el 24 de febrero hasta el 9 de marzo cuando se identifica el primer caso.
El gobernador resaltó que se trabaja con tres premisas básicas: detección, aislamiento y cuidado. Por otro lado, el gobernador destacó que Chaco es una de las 11 provincias del país que pudo pagar el medio aguinaldo y los salarios en tiempo y forma. “Pudimos cooperar vía el Nuevo Banco del Chaco en la atención de las pequeñas y medianas empresas, atender casos de cierre inminente con un nivel de relacionamiento directo”, remarcó y reconoció que, si bien existe un impacto sensible muchas actividades, el estado chaqueño está interviniendo en consecuencia.
Además destacó que en Chaco el primer pago del Ingreso Familiar de Emergencia (IFE) fue para 319 mil y el segundo para 340 mil beneficiarios directos, a través de una operatoria con el NBCH que permitió mejorar la atención.
