CAPITANICH ENTREGÓ VIVIENDAS EN RESISTENCIA: “ENTRE TODOS Y TODAS VAMOS A PONER A CHACO Y ARGENTINA DE PIE”
Las 28 unidades habitacionales fueron ejecutadas por el movimiento social Darío Santillán. “Ya no somos movimientos de desocupados sino trabajadores de la economía popular”, sostuvo el dirigente social Federico Palacios.
El gobernador Jorge Capitanich inauguró, este jueves, 18 viviendas y 10 mejoramientos habitacionales construidas por trabajadoras y trabajadores del Frente Popular Darío Santillán. “Con y entre todos y todas vamos a poner a la Argentina y al Chaco de pie”, aseguró y destacó el rol del movimiento social en la creación de los oficios que forman parte del proceso de construcción de viviendas.
“No me voy a adjudicar el mérito de las viviendas, esto es una consecuencia de sus luchas, su compromiso, trabajo y esfuerzo en tiempos muy difíciles como los que nos tocó vivir en estos últimos cuatro años”, dijo frente a las y los trabajadores del movimiento.
Las viviendas se encuentran en Resistencia por la avenida Urquiza 3550, demandaron una inversión total que alcanzó los 14,4 millones de pesos, financiados a través de fondos provinciales y nacionales. Cada unidad habitacional nueva cuenta con dos habitaciones, cocina, comedor y sanitario. Mientras que cada mejoramiento habitacional cuenta con una habitación, cocina, comedor y sanitario.
La nueva gestión jerarquizó a la economía popular otorgándole el rango de Secretaría, entendiéndola como fundamental para desarrollo económico y social del Chaco. En 2013, durante la segunda gestión de Capitanich se dieron los primeros pasos con la creación del Instituto de Desarrollo Rural y Agricultura Familiar (IDRAF), que promovió los consocios de servicios rurales.
“En 2015 impulsamos la construcción de los sueños de una vivienda digna, lo que trae consigo dos derechos fundamentales para los varones y mujeres, el de un trabajo digno y el de tener un hogar”, indicó.
Capitanich anticipó que este viernes viajará a Buenos Aires para diseñar una agenda de trabajo con los funcionarios nacionales, la que tendrá como eje principal la construcción de viviendas, como agente dinamizador del cambio social.
“Construir una vivienda es dar dignidad a una familia chaqueña, mejorar su calidad de vida y otorgarle un futuro”, afirmó y adelantó que trabajará en el programa nacional Argentina Contra el Hambre. “Primeros los últimos, luego atenderemos a todas y todos. Este será el máximo esfuerzo durante la primera etapa de gestión”, aseguró parafraseando al presidente Alberto Fernández.
Para ello, los movimientos sociales formarán parte de la esencia de la economía popular. En febrero se instrumentará el programa de Seguridad Alimentaria que contará con un sistema de tarjeta alimentaria de 4.600 pesos con el reintegro proveniente de ingresos fiscales y que contemplará 14 productos de la canasta básica.
Para su optimización se realizarán acuerdos de precios con comerciantes y se promoverá, desde la Economía Popular, una red de proveedores locales para abastecer a los comedores existentes en la provincia y garantizar su funcionamiento.
Palacios: “Hoy somos trabajadores de la economía popular”
El líder del Frente Popular Darío Santillán Federico Palacios celebró las nuevas viviendas que se concretaron gracias a la lucha colectiva de años del sector y valoró la mano de obra que trae consigo la construcción de viviendas. “Hoy 28 familias tendrán un lugar en donde proyectar su vida”, dijo, y aseguró que los movimientos sociales son el sostén del país. “Hoy ya no somos movimientos de desocupados, sino trabajadores de la economía popular”, destacó.
Por último, el representante proyectó un futuro promisorio de más trabajo, educación y salud en la provincia. “Tenemos que aportar nuestro granito de arena para que la provincia y el país puedan salir adelante”, cerró.
INFRAESTRUCTURA ELÉCTRICA Y CONEXIÓN FORMAL
En las viviendas inauguradas, Secheep colocó 28 medidores de energía, con lo cual las familias que las habitan pasarán a ser clientes formales de la empresa energética provincial y recibirán sus facturas mensuales; pero además contarán con un suministro seguro y de calidad.
Además, se realizaron obras de infraestructura como la colocación de un transformador de 250 KVA, y el tendido de 1300 metros líneas de media y baja tensión, además de alumbrado público, con una inversión de 2,9 millones de pesos.

En la inauguración, estuvieron presentes la ministra de Desarrollo Social María Pía Chiacchio Cavana, el ministro de Infraestructura, Logística y Servicios Públicos Juan Manuel Carreras, el secretario de Economía Popular Osvaldo Chiaramonte, la subsecretaria de Promoción y Desarrollo Joanna Vanesa Duarte. Además también participaron los tres directores de Secheep Gastón Blanquet (presidente), Saúl Medero (vocal) y Carlos Coschiza (vocal).

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said
“You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear
and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
