El hecho ocurrió este jueves a la siesta en el Paraje El Progreso zona de la Tolosita.
Un ciudadano de 66 años de edad, domiciliado en Pje. El Progreso, DENUNCIO: Que en la fecha a Hs.14:30 aproximadamente se hallaba descansando en su domicilio, con su esposa de 70 años de edad, que también en el domicilio se hallaba su primo de 68 años, que en determinado momento escuchó que ladraban los perros, entonces su primo abrió la puerta y le apuntaron con un revólver ingresando violentamente a la vivienda dos sujetos, uno de ellos estatura mediana, trigueño, semi-robusto, cabellos cortos, de 30 años de edad aproximadamente, el cual era el que portaba el arma de fuego tipo revolver color negro, tenía puesto un chaleco color negro, no precisa si es chaleco balístico pero similar, y el otro sujeto es de estatura mediana, cutis blanco, cabellos cortos, y un tercero lo tenía a su primo LEYES, al cual no le pudo ver el rostro, que inmediatamente empezaron a gritar: ¡ Dónde está la plata, dónde está la plata..!! y empezaron a revolver todo en el interior, luego les taparon las caras, con una almohada y a su primo con una remera, y les ataron las manos y los pies a los tres con cinta transparente, y cables, que lo único que le decían es “DONDE ESTA LA PLATA..TE VAMOS A PEGAR UN TIRO.”, también lo golpearon por la cara, que permanecieron en el lugar por unos treinta minutos, luego escuchó que arrancaron el motor de su camioneta, y se alejaron del lugar, que entonces comenzaron a desatarse y dieron aviso al personal del Destacamento La Toloza, y allí en vehículo de un vecino siguieron el rastro hasta el cruce Avia Terai, y ya en el límite Departamental, que sale hacia Bella Vista en un camino se hallaba su vehículo que le fuera sustraído, siendo este marca CHEVROLET SPIN color azul, vidrios polarizados, dominio colocado, LTZ 992, y había otro rodado con éste, al cual aparentemente lo estaban tirando, siendo éste más pequeño, no recuerda marca ni color, y luego vio que los sujetos se retiraron del lugar en el vehículo del dicente por el camino que va hacia Avia Terai, y luego los perdió de vista. Que le sustrajeron además de su camioneta un arma de fuego tipo escopeta calibre 16 culata de madera, no recuerda marca, una motosierra 381 marca STHILL color anaranjado, una billetera de cuerina color marrón, conteniendo la suma de cinco mil pesos discriminados en varios billetes
