Denunciaron a Actrices Argentinas por “instigación al delito”
El abogado Adrián Bastianes cuestionó a la organización que denunció a Juan Darthés la semana pasada.
Tras la conferencia del colectivo “Actrices Argentinas” en el Multiteatro, en la cual Thelma Fardín anunció que había denunciado a Juan Darthés por violación en Nicaragua, el abogado Adrián Bastianes decidió iniciar acciones judiciales contra la agrupación. Por este motivo, se presentó en el Juzgado en lo criminal y correccional número 30 y denunció a las actrices por instigación a cometer delitos, asociación ilícita, usurpación de autoridad e intimidación pública.
En su Twitter, el letrado reveló que recibió el llamado de 60 abogados que respaldarán su denuncia y que hará una reunión con mujeres en enero para debatir su postura. Además, escribió: “Si presentamos el crudo del video de Thelma creo que unos cuantos van presos”.
