Docentes anticipan que sin resolución del “grave conflicto” las clases en 2019 no comenzarán
Sosteniendo que más la mitad de los docentes cobran por debajo de la línea de pobreza y el presupuesto supone “un brutal ajuste para la educación”
Las entidades sindicales que coordinan acciones desde un espacio común como es el Frente Gremial Docente, que a lo largo del año llevó adelante medidas de fuerza ante “la total falta de respuestas del gobierno a los reclamos del sector”, y cumpliendo en esta semana la última medida de fuerza del año, los días martes y miércoles, brindó en la mañana de esta primera jornada del paro dispuesto, una conferencia de prensa en el hotel sindical de ATECH.
Los gremios subrayaron la total responsabilizarían del gobierno provincial, enmarcado en las políticas de ajuste del gobierno nacional, del conflicto agravado en el Chaco en materia educativa, en razón del “empobrecimiento que viene generando de manera virulenta del conjunto de los docentes chaqueños, con pautas salariales irrisorias, mezquinas y vergonzosas, que han derivado en la pérdida estrepitosa de más del 50 % de los salarios de los educadores (en 2017 un 7,5% frente a una inflación de un 25%; en 2018 un 10% -en cómodas cuotas- frente a una inflación superior al 45%)”.
A lo que además agregaron “el impacto negativo de los tarifazos impuestos de los servicios, el costo de vida inalcanzable, etc. Todo ello en el marco del incumplimiento liso y llano de la ley del Estatuto del Docente -de rango constitucional- que obliga al Estado a través del Ministerio de Educación (art. 47) a prever año a año la actualización correspondiente, permanente para el mantenimiento del valor real de los salarios de los trabajadores de la educación, y de la mano obligando a dicha cartera a convocar de manera ordinaria a la Comisión de Política Salarial y Condiciones de Trabajo -conformado por los gremios del sector y la patronal, o sea el propio Ministerio-, Comisión que no funcionó a lo largo de todo el 2018, por la negativa de Mosqueda a cumplir con la convocatoria a la misma, definiéndose por decreto y de manera unilateral las pautas vergonzosas para los docentes”.
EL RECLAMO SALARIAL EJE CENTRAL PERO NO EL ÚNICO
Destacaron los gremios del Frente, que el reclamo salarial por lo expuesto representa el eje central de los reclamos, pero que no es el único, sino que va de la mano de una larga lista de reclamos que conforman la amplia lista de reivindicaciones del sector, “los que se profundizan a diario ante la desidia y desinterés del Estado para resolver los problemas y garantizar la educación del pueblo como corresponde”.
EL PRESUPUESTO DE BRUTAL AJUSTE PARA EDUCACION 2019 VOTADO POR DIPUTADOS A PROPUESTA DEL EJECUTIVO
Tal se denunciara oportunamente por parte del arco gremial docente requiriéndose su rechazo y rectificación del presupuesto para educación 2019, los gremios ratificaron esta mañana en la conferencia el alerta a todos los integrantes de la comunidad educativa chaqueña de la definición política del Gobierno de “profundizar el ajuste que lleva adelante en Educación especialmente”
En referencia al presupuesto 2019 reiteraron la denuncia que anticiparon en su momento con el requerimiento por su rectificación, “del ajuste brutal que refleja el mismo, traducido en una reducción extraordinaria de toda la estructura del sistema educativo chaqueño: 20 % menos de cargos, 13 % menos de horas cátedras; centenares de docentes menos; nulas previsiones para atender el tema salarial; nulas previsiones prácticamente para infraestructura; sostenimiento; mantenimiento”.
En suma, indicaron, “un presupuesto que debiera avergonzar a las autoridades gubernamentales, ministeriales, legislativas, por representar nada más ni nada menos que la liquidación a pasos agigantados de la educación pública como en la nefasta época de los ’90”

Y precisaron “la previsión presupuestaria correspondiente; del cumplimiento de la Constitución y las leyes, como por ejemplo -lo que tampoco cumple el gobierno representado por Mosqueda en el Ministerio del área-, con garantizar lo que manda el artículo 83 de la Constitución del Chaco, el piso del 33 % del presupuesto provincial para Educación”.
