El Gobernador reglamentó la Ley de Retiro Voluntario para la administración pública
La herramienta busca “achicar la masa salarial estatal” y “dar un fuerte gesto hacia el equilibrio fiscal provincial”, según precisó el gobernador.
El gobernador Domingo Peppo firmó este miércoles el decreto reglamentario de la Ley de Retiro Voluntario para agentes del Estado provincial, que establece la normativa y los procedimientos que regirán a quienes accedan a esta oferta. “La expectativa es que tenga una alta adhesión”, adelantó Peppo.
“A partir de este decreto se habilitan las consultas e inscripciones de los postulantes, quienes pueden incluso ingresar información, como ser antigüedad, en el simulador para saber de qué porcentaje sería su cobro”, dijo el gobernador.
A través de la página gobiernodigital.chaco.gob.ar se podrá consultar esta información y se realizarán capacitaciones a personal de Recursos Humanos del Estado para que ofrezcan información de manera personalizada a quienes no puedan acceder a estos medios digitales.
“Es importante destacar que se mantiene la obra social y que el agente llegado el momento accederá a su jubilación como corresponde”, destacó el gobernador.
El mandatario provincial valoró esta nueva herramienta que consideró “importante para achicar la abultada masa salarial del Estado provincial” y auguró que va a ser “un éxito”.
“Pretendemos dar un fuerte gesto hacia la búsqueda de nuestro equilibrio fiscal que es el desafío que tenemos y es una forma de dar respuesta a los agentes de la administración pública que sabemos que tienen interés”, agregó.
Las consultas y el registro para los interesados quedarán habilitados en principio hasta diciembre, aunque de acuerdo a la demanda que exista se considerará modificar esta fecha.
