Surgen nuevos detalles del millonario robo de leche para niños del Chaco, que era organizado por un empresario de Saturnino María Laspiur. El botín podría llegar a los 80 millones de pesos.Este ante último domingo de noviembre, el empresario laspiurense Claudio Maturano(63),,dedicado a la venta de productos lácteos, fue detenido en la tarde del jueves en su domicilio de calle Belgrano al 300 de Saturnino María Laspiur ,por efectivos del Departamento de Investigaciones Complejas de la provincia del Chaco, junto a personal policial local y de la ciudad de San Francisco. Secuestraron mercadería y una gran cantidad de dólares. Robó 200 mil kilos de leche especial para niños desnutridos del Chaco y luego de traerlos a Laspiur , los transformaba en quesos , elaborados por una cooperativa de Villa María.
Según informó el Ministerio de Salud Pública del Chaco a FMR90.7 el robo que se produjo en un depósito de insumos médicos de la cartera, a primeras días de septiembre. El mismo está ubicado en Ruta Nº 16 a la altura del kilómetro 23 y 24, en Resistencia y es un inmueble alquilado por la repartición sanitaria. Allí se depositaban insumos médicos que luego eran repartidos a hospitales y pequeños centros de salud de Chaco Lo sustraído, según la denuncia efectuada por la cartera sanitaria, consiste en 200 mil kilogramos de leche y además 4 heladeras de la marca Briket.
El monto de la leche especial robada , si se confirma que superan los 220.000 kilos . llegaría a un monto cercano a los $ 80.000.000 . La leche robada a los chicos pobres tiene un costo alto ya que es fortificada para los niños de 0 a 2 años , que presentaban problemas de nutrición.
El Procurador General de Chaco,Jorge Canteros habló en RADIO CENTENARIO de Laspiur, sobre la investigación que se está llevando a cabo en torno al robo de leche en polvo fortificada de un depósito de Salud Pública de aquella provincia, y de la detención de un hombre de Saturnino Maria Laspiur, vinculado a la causa. El aprehendido laspiurense es Claudio Maturano,un empresario de 63 años de edad,dedicado a la venta de productos lácteos,quien fue detenido en la tarde del jueves en su domicilio de calle Belgrano al 300 de la localidad,por efectivos del Departamento de Investigaciones Complejas de la provincia del Chaco, junto a personal policial local y de la ciudad de San Francisco. Canteros señaló que es una causa compleja,en la cual se está investigando el robo de leche en polvo de un inmueble de salud pública chaqueña. Inicialmente se creía que eran 102.000 kilos, pero tras efectuar las pericias contables se pudo establecer que faltaban 200.000 kilos sobre una partida total de 279.000 kilos comprados a través de un proceso de licitación. Las mismas estaban destinadas a niños de 0 a 2 años de escasos recursos que debían distribuirse en hospitales,escuelas,centros de salud y comederos infantiles. “Es una causa que nos preocupó mucho a todos los integrantes del Ministerio Público Fiscal, porque no apunta a un robo de un bien, un auto o una casa,se trata de leche fortificada que debía llegar a gente que no tiene nada y que habita los sectores vulnerables de Chaco”,señaló Canteros.
El Procurador manifestó que fue clave el testimonio de un detenido de apellido Escalante,que brindó detalles del modo que utilizaban los involucrados en la causa, para conocer cómo sacaban la leche en polvo del depósito de Salud Pública y su procedimiento posterior. Este contó que la leche tuvo dos destinos: uno de ellos, para ser vendida en Resistencia y por el otro, a mayor escala, para ser fraccionada en bolsas de 10 kilogramos y ser transportada a la provincia de Córdoba. Según Canteros,Claudio Maturano sería el nexo entre un supermercado de Resistencia,cuyo propietario de apellido Maidana está detenido, y la Cooperativa Láctea NOAL,donde era comercializada la leche. “En el allanamiento efectuado en el día de ayer en la vivienda y oficinas comerciales de Maturano,se secuestró documentación que lo vincula a Maturano con Maidana”. Cabe destacar que la detención del empresario de Laspiur es la séptima que se genera en el marco de la causa. Tras su aprehensión,Maturano fue alojado provisoriamente en San Francisco y hoy fue trasladado a la ciudad de Resistencia,donde deberá prestar declaración ante la Fiscal que entiende en la causa.
Dicha organización ilícita presuntamente “canjeaba” la leche por queso de marca NOAL, o eso era lo que en un principio se creía, ya que Canteros señaló que no se sabe si NOAL, que es una cooperativa, fabricaba los quesos con la leche o si sólo canjeaba por la leche.
Lo incautado en Laspiur
Se pudo secuestrar un gran cantidad de pesos y dólares, además de 45 pallet de leche en polvo descremada,marca REMOLAT,suero en polvo marca LACTAL,leche en polvo marca VERÓNICA,36 cajas de dulce de leche,1300 potecitos de dulce de leche marca DON FAUSTO,300 quesos sardos rotulados comercialmente como 3 L,15 bolsas de queso rallado de 10 kg y 192 unidades de queso Holanda. El tercer y último allanamiento se llevó a cabo en un domicilio de calle General Paz AL 300 de Laspiur,procediendo al secuestro de 950 cajas grandes que tienen en su interior c/una 10 bolsitas de 800 gramos de leche en polvo,de diferentes marcas,entre ellas SAN JERÓNIMO,YERUBA,RAMOLAC y QUELECHE.
