Es oficial: el 29 de septiembre serán las elecciones generales en Chaco
Finalmente, el gobernador Domingo Peppo no solo confirmó el anticipo de las elecciones provinciales, para que no se superpongan con las nacionales, sino que también, fijó la fecha. Cabe recordar que las elecciones generales a nivel nacional, se celebrarán el domingo 27 de octubre y el 24 de noviembre sería un eventual balotaje.
El escenario en Chaco todavía luce incierto para el oficialismo: es que Peppo debe definir quién será su vice. Además, Jorge Capitanich venía reclamando que se anuncie el cronograma electoral para decidir si finalmente competirá por afuera del FCHMM.
“Mi deseo y mi visión siempre fue la unidad del partido”, comentó Peppo tras anunciar la fecha de elecciones. Y añadió: “No estoy resignando mis aspiraciones, pero podríamos formar un buen frente amplio, el país necesita eso”.
Es preciso recordad que en la provincia se suspendieron las PASO y que, tras varios intentos no habrá listas colectoras.
Cuenta regresiva para presentar candidatos
Según el Artículo 54 de la ley electoral, el registro de los candidatos y pedido de oficializacion de listas será desde la publicación de la convocatoria (hoy) y hasta cincuenta (50) días corridos anteriores a las elecciones(29 de septiembre), los partidos reconocidos y/o alianzas registrarán ante el Tribunal Electoral las listas de los candidatos públicamente proclamados, quienes deberán reunir las condiciones propias del cargo para el cual se postulan y no estar comprendidos en alguna de las inhabilidades legales.
Las listas que se presenten deberán ser mujeres en un mínimo de un treinta (30%) de los candidatos de los cargos a elegir, respetando las disposiciones establecidas para las leyes 3747 y 3858
