Hallaron un puma y dos pecari en cautiverio en una vivienda de Charata
La Dirección de Fauna y Áreas Naturales Protegidas de la Provincia puso en conocimiento a la Policía de Charata que hace tiempo viene recibiendo llamadas telefónicas anónimas dando cuenta que un ciudadano con domicilio en calle Monseñor de Carlo posee animales silvestres en su vivienda.
Los mismos serían un ejemplar de puma y otro de pecari, ambos protegidos por la ley 1429 de Caza y Manejo de Recursos Silvestres.
Personal de la División Rural por disposición del Juzgado Faltas de Charata llevaron adelante un allanamiento en este domicilio conjuntamente con personal de la Dirección de Fauna.
El informe policial indica que procedieron al formal secuestro de un animal silvestre especie puma de un año de vida en buenas condiciones salud.
El mismo quedo bajo cuidado y traslado de personal de Fauna. Asimismo se hizo entrega en carácter de Deposito Judicial Provisorio a esta persona de dos animales silvestre pecari de collar, el primero de 20 años aproximadamente y el restante 30 años en buenas condiciones, en virtud a que no es factible su traslado debido a su avanzada edad y ambiente adaptado (corral interior domicilio).
Este ciudadano fue notificado de acta convencional por supuesta infracción a la ley 850 con intervención del Juzgado de Faltas de Charata.
