INSSSEP rescindió convenio con el Colegio de Odontólogos por “falta de prestaciones a los afiliados”
El presidente del INSSSEP, Antonio Morante, comunicó que se “rescinde el convenio con el Colegio de Odontólogos, en el marco de la resolución Nº 3149, que se dictó el pasado 8 de septiembre, y que se ejecutará desde el lunes 14 de septiembre, dado que en reiteradas oportunidades recibimos denuncias de afiliados por falta de prestaciones, y por la discontinuidad en las relaciones contractuales que tenían esos prestadores con la obra social. Ante las reiteradas denuncias y reclamos, el Directorio del INSSSEP, tomó la decisión de rescindir el contrato”.
La medida se toma considerando la resolución 5311 del año 2012, que faculta al presidente y al Gerente de la obra social a suscribir contratos directos con prestadores odontológicos individuales, en las condiciones establecidas en el Nomenclador Odontológico vigente del INSSSEP.
Además, se aprobó el procedimiento de reintegro de prácticas odontológicas tal como figura en el Anexo I de la resolución, y con carácter excepcional, por el plazo de sesenta días o hasta el alta del efector como prestador directo. “Definimos un dispositivo de reintegro de las prácticas odontológicas que se realicen a los afiliados durante esta transición, hasta que se pueda conformar el plantel de nuevos prestadores”, detalló Morante.
Para finalizar Morante destacó que: “La Gerencia de obra social del INSSSEP, es la oficina que estará facultada para llevar adelante la convocatoria para la inscripción de nuevos prestadores odontológicos directos, y el mecanismo de reintegro correspondiente”.
