Intenso operativo de desalojo en Sáenz Peña: derribaron las casas de unas 15 familias que usurpaban terrenos
Por orden la jueza de Garantías de Sáenz Peña, María Benítez, se procedió esta mañana a desalojar a unas 15 familias ubicadas en dos terrenos privados en la zona norte de Sáenz Peña.
Gran operativo se desplegó esta mañana cuando alrededor de 20 patrulleros de Sáenz Peña y de localidades vecinas, junto a División Infantería y Bomberos se apostaron en cercanías a los terrenos a desalojar por orden judicial, para evitar cualquier incidente, que, según informaron fuentes policiales, no hubo que lamentar.
Si bien la policía se acercó junto a los agentes fiscales a informar a las familias sobre el desalojo, la mayoría de ellas tenía conocimiento de este accionar ya que hace aproximadamente un año, se les había intimado para que desalojen los terrenos.
Sin embargo, desde hace pocos meses habitaban allí otras familias a las cuales sí les tomó por sorpresa la medida e intentaron frenar el desalojo al referir como propio el terreno, una de las mujeres dijo “a mí me sorprendió la medida cuando llegaron esta mañana, solo atine a decirles que por favor me dejen sacar las cosas para que no me rompan todo”.
La mujer tiene cuatro hijos, uno de ellos con discapacidad y comentó que hace nueve años solicitó una vivienda pero nunca obtuvo respuesta, “a mí no me avisaron nada, porque si sabía del desalojo iba a buscar un lugar donde vivir. No nos avisaron nada”.Finalmente y tras cumplirse todos los pasos judiciales se ordenó el desalojo de las familias, algunas de ellas con personas discapacitadas. Las familias alcanzaron a sacar sus pertenencias, ya que la orden especificaba el derrumbe de todas las viviendas construidas en ese lugar.
