El Día del Militante Peronista sorprendió al gobernador Domingo Peppo en Washington, en misión por obtener financiamiento de organismos internacionales para obras de infraestructura de las que viene hablando desde el inicio de su gestión.
Mientras, en la sede del Partido Justicialista que él preside, dirigentes y militantes, en su mayoría seguidores del intendente de Resistencia: Jorge Capitanich, entre ellos el vicegobernador Daniel Capitanich y el jefe del bloque Frente Chaco Merece Más: Hugo Sager.
El objetivo de la convocatoria era conmemorar la fecha con un reclamo concreto: primarias abiertas, simultáneas y obligatorias.
Aunque insistente Peppo asegura que aún no definió su futuro político inmediato, está claro que sólo piensa en su reelección y ser candidato por consenso. Pero hay un sector que parece no estar tan de acuerdo, y ya se lo hizo saber el propio vicegobernador, que rechazó la propuesta de acompañarlo en la fórmula el año próximo.
“Este lugar sabe del esfuerzo y la dedicación para volver a gobernar el Chaco. Acá están Toto, Bittel, Florencio… Y también está la esencia de la organización del futuro, que es de lo que todos queremos hablar”, dijo el intendente de Fontana: Antonio Rodas, uno de los referentes más nítidos del coquismo.
“Escuchamos rimbombantes expresiones, pero la militancia quiere hablar de otra cosa: de qué vamos a hacer de aquí en más, del presente y del futuro. No queremos más cantos de sirenas y de pajaritos”, avisó.
“Queremos primarias abiertas y simultáneas, queremos competencia, y no un arreglo entre cuatro paredes. Queremos que el que gane conduzca y el que pierda acompañe. Y fundamentalmente, queremos respeto a la trayectoria política y a la hombría de bien de los dirigentes que marcaron la diferencia”, reclamó.
Y para completar, disparó al cuerpo: “No quiero más los alcahuetes, los que trajeron la desgracia a nuestro movimiento y que han vaciado a nuestro partido, que hoy al fin está lleno como siempre debió estar”.
“Todos me conocen. Las jinetas me las gané en el campo de batalla, en el pueblo, después de participar en internas abiertas”, dio Rodas, y pidió, “para festejar el Día de la Militancia: elecciones transparentes, y que se defina en las urnas el futuro y la conducción del Partido”.
