La medida fue adoptada después de que una decena de integrantes de un movimiento social tomara por asalto una grúa en Alberdi y Obligado, y “rescatara” las motos que les habían secuestrado a 100 metros de ahí por falta de papeles.
Capitanich despotricó y adelantó que la Municipalidad se presentará como querellante en todas las causas por agresiones contra trabajadores de Tránsito. Y, de paso, despotricó por la falta de acompañamiento policial en los controles.
Pero juró que la actitud de los piqueteros no lo amilanará y que seguirán adelante con los controles, y que serán inflexibles con los infractores porque el deber de la Municipalidad es hacer cumplir las normas de tránsito.
En el mismo tono, avisó que no se salvará nadie porque instruyó a la Dirección de Tránsito ser “muy duros con los trabajadores municipales”. “Tienen la obligación de brindar el ejemplo, porque advertimos que andan sin casco y no cumplen las normas”, dijo, y agregó que el mismo rigor aplicará a los funcionarios.
“El que anda en moto sin casco es suicida; el que no respeta la velocidad máxima es suicida; el que viaja con dos acompañantes es triplemente suicida”, dijo como ejemplo.
Evidentemente el secretario de Ambiente: Bernardo Voloj, no escuchó la advertencia del intendente, ya que se lo vio montado como acompañante, viajando raudamente en una motocicleta sin el casco reglamentario. Además, se dio el gustito de pasear por la vereda.
No obstante, dejamos un margen para la duda y no descartamos que se trate de un doble de riesgo.
