MACRI AMPLIÓ EN MÁS DE 400.000 MILLONES DE PESOS LOS GASTOS DEL 2018
El gobierno modificó el Presupuesto 2018, ampliándolo por más de 400.000 millones de pesos. 14,3%
El Gobierno de Mauricio Macri aprobó hoy una ampliación del 14,3% para la pauta de gasto de este año, por lo que dispondrá de 412.752 millones de pesos más de los que estaban previstos en el Presupuesto Nacional 2018.
La modificación del Presupuesto General de la Administración Nacional para el ejercicio 2018 fue realizada a través del decreto 1053/2018 publicado hoy en el Boletín Oficial con las firmas de Macri y sus once ministros.
El Gobierno argumentó que el reajuste se dio porque este año se observó un nuevo contexto internacional que implicó una mayor volatilidad de las variables financieras, del tipo de cambio y de los índices de precios tomados en cuenta al elaborar el Presupuesto 2018.
“Las nuevas circunstancias exigen adoptar medidas urgentes para adecuar el nivel de ingresos y gastos y simultáneamente, acelerar la consolidación fiscal y no generar mayores desbalances”, consideró la gestión Macri dejando entrever que esto no tendrá impacto en la política fiscal.
Según aclaró, las medidas que se adoptan permiten alcanzar la meta fiscal de 2018 equivalente a un déficit primario de 2,7% del Producto Interno Bruto (PIB).
Además, indicó que resulta necesario adecuar el presupuesto vigente para incrementar los créditos presupuestarios destinados a atender los haberes del personal de la Administración Pública Nacional.
El 12 de noviembre se confirmó que los empleados públicos de la Nación percibirán un aumento salarial del 10% (en dos cuotas) a fin de año, además del bono de $5.000 que también cobrarán los trabajadores privados.De las ampliación de 412.752 millones de pesos, unos 201.068 millones irán a parar al pago de los servicios de la deuda pública que se dispararon en pesos este año porque el impacto de la devaluación.
Otros 65.540 millones de pesos irán a la asistencia de servicios económicos (subsidios); 51.190 millones de pesos fueron adjudicados a las transferencias a Cajas Previsionales Provinciales y a la secretaría de Trabajo.
Del mismo modo, 36.294 millones de pesos serán para las acciones para la Ampliación de las Redes Eléctricas de Alta Tensión, vía la secretaría de Energía; y 14.818 millones de pesos serán para la modernización de la Red de Transporte Ferroviario, vía el ministerio de Transporte.
Otros 10.480 millones de pesos fueron adjudicados a las aplicaciones financieras del Ministerio de Transporte y $5.566 millones serán destinados a la prevención y control de discapacidades, por medio de la Presidencia.
Otros 65.540 millones de pesos irán a la asistencia de servicios económicos (subsidios); 51.190 millones de pesos fueron adjudicados a las transferencias a Cajas Previsionales Provinciales y a la secretaría de Trabajo.
