MACRI ORDENÓ DESTITUIR AL JUEZ RAMOS PADILLA
El Ejecutivo presentará por orden del presidente un pedido de remoción de Ramos Padilla en el Consejo de la Magistratura.
Mauricio Macri pidió que destituyan al juez federal de Dolores, Alejo Ramos Padilla, que investiga una red de espionaje que involucra al fiscal Carlos Stornelli y salpica a figuras de Cambiemos como Elisa Carrió y Gustavo Arribas.
El pedido será presentado por el ministerio de Justicia por medio de Juan Bautista Mahiques, el representante del Ejecutivo en el Consejo de la Magistratura, el organismo que remueve jueces. Quien dio las órdenes para avanzar con el juicio político fue el propio presidente, según confirmaron en el Gobierno, que instruyó a Mahiques y al ministro Germán Garavano.
Y se da luego de que Padilla citara nuevamente a declaración indagatoria a Stornelli para el 20 de marzo próximo, luego de que el fiscal no asistiera la semana pasada.
Stornelli es investigado en la causa por supuesto espionaje ilegal y extorsiones por sus vínculos con el falso abogado Marcelo D’Alessio y en relación a una denuncia del empresario Pedro Etchebest, quien afirmó que se le pidió dinero para no involucrarlo en la pesquisa por la causa de los cuadernos de las coimas.
Esta semana, Padilla reveló datos explosivos en el Congreso sobre la causa e incluso vinculó a D’Alessio con el empresario Mario Montoto. Luego de su visita a la comisión de libertad de expresión de Diputados, adonde fue invitado por el kirchnerismo, fue citado por la bicameral de Inteligencia para la semana que viene. La bicameral luego citará a Arribas.
Fue justamente la visita al Congreso de Padilla lo que le dio el argumento al Ejecutivo para buscar su jury. Según la presentación del ministerio de Justicia contra Padilla, el juez “manifiesta actuación irregular y violatoria de los deberes de imparcialidad y reserva que todo juez debe guardar respecto de las causas que tramitan ante sus estrados y en resguardo de los derechos de las partes involucradas”.
“No sólo careció de imparcialidad sino que tampoco demostró observar en forma alguna el deber de objetividad que la ley impone a quienes llevan adelante la acusación pública que, en la normalidad de los casos, son los representantes del Ministerio Público Fiscal”, agrega la misiva que aún se está redactando y será presentada la semana que viene.
