Planes de ahorro: avanzan en una propuesta para presentar ante Nación
Junto a legisladores buscarán una alternativa para afrontar el problema del encarecimiento de las cuotas.
La Subsecretaría de Defensa al Consumidor, dependiente del Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Servicios, participó de una reunión en la Cámara de Diputados de la Nación, con legisladores y representantes autoconvocados, en la que se decidió trabajar en una propuesta para dar solución al incremento de las cuotas de planes de ahorro previo.
Es de recordar que meses atrás, representantes del organismo provincial mantuvieron un encuentro con el Inspector General de Justicia de la Nación, Sergio Rubén Brodsky, y referentes de otras oficinas de Defensa del Consumidor del país, para tratar el procedimiento ante denuncias o reclamos de este tipo.
Se acordó con las autoridades de aplicación de Defensa al Consumidor presentes, que los casos no resueltos en sede administrativa, sean remitidos al despacho de la Inspección General de Justicia de la Nación para su tratamiento inmediato, directamente con las administradoras de planes.
Ahora, se tratará de avanzar en modificar los contratos de adhesión a los planes de ahorro, para lo cual “estaremos elevando una propuesta que será estudiada en comisiones, y enriquecida con los aportes de otras provincias, donde se están viviendo situaciones similares a la nuestra”, explicó el subsecretario Ricardo Marimón.

Se solicita a los consumidores dirigir sus reclamos al organismo de defensa al consumidor de su jurisdicción, o bien a la Subsecretaría de Defensa del Consumidor, ubicada en el 3er piso de Casa de Gobierno (Marcelo T de Alvear 175), o al Espacio de Consumidores y Comercios (Ameghino 150), de 7,30 a 12,30.
