Planes de ahorro: “Empujamos por una salida política, matemática y económica”, dicen autoconvocados
El referente del grupo de personas afectadas, Darío González, dijo en CIUDAD TV que el inicio de la solución pasa por una decisión nacional de quitarle impuestos a los vehículos de los damnificados. Invitó a formalizar las denuncias y a la marcha que habrá este sábado desde las 9, alrededor de la Plaza 25 de Mayo.
Darío González en “Agenda Circular”
El de los Autoconvocados perjudicados por planes de ahorro “ya es un grupo nacional. Esto arrancó en Córdoba, y luego fueron formándose diferentes grupos de Facebook en todo el país, y hoy somos miles”, señaló Darío González, para agregar que “en el Chaco estamos entre 700 y 900 damnificados. Las denuncias están formalizadas en la Dirección de Defensa del Consumidor”.
“La gente recién se está enterando de esto. Tenemos un grupo de abogados que nos asesora”, manifestó, para recordar que la suscripción de planes de ahorro “nace en la década del 70 y funcionó bien a pesar de los avatares del país. Las empresas administradoras prorrateaban las cuotas”.
Consideró que “esta vez no es así. Quienes suscribieron un plan hace 2 ó 3 años atrás y los sueldos alcanzaban para el pago de una cuota y depositaba para pagar un 0 KM en cuotas están en otra situación, porque ésta es diferente al resto de las devaluaciones que hubieron, y coincide con un período electoral. Se podría hablar de una intencionalidad política, pero la cosa es matemática”.
Algunos comenzaron con “cuotas de 1.200 pesos con un sueldo de 19.000. Hoy las cuotas están por encima de los sueldos de la primera vez, y hablamos de autos chicos. Nosotros estamos empujando para darle una salida política, matemática y económica”.
Aclaró que ello “pasa por la decisión del Presidente de quitarle los impuestos a los vehículos de los damnificados. Desde el punto de vista económico, sabemos que las administradoras van a perder ganancias, y pasa nuevamente por la quita de los impuestos. Si el problema lo causó el Estado, que se haga cargo y lo solucione”.
Parcialmente satisfecho, dijo que “hasta ahora la respuesta es más de la esperada. Chaco es la provincia que ha empujado un proyecto de ley a nivel nacional. Somos la única provincia en que nos han prestado una oficina para trabajar con las carpetas de los involucrados. Marimón ha facilitado mucho. Pero no queremos que esto se transforme en algo político”.
Todo ello, porque es necesario “formalizar las denuncias, llevar las pruebas y elevar esas denuncias a nivel nacional. Los damnificados nos hemos centralizado en hacer las denuncias como manda la ley, porque alguna vez a nivel nacional dijeron que no estaban al tanto de que hubiera tantas denuncias”, y cuestionó a “funcionarios y algunos abogados, que siempre bregan por el no innovar, y continuar llevando la pelota hacia adelante, cosa que pague el que venga”.
“Ahora nos obligan a pagar a los ahorristas. Alguien tenía que haber controlado esto y no lo hizo”, denuncia González, para quien los contratos, “están tan bien redactados que no se protege al ahorrista, sino a las administradoras. Nosotros tenemos la voluntad de pagar, pero si se colocan cuotas a valor del mercado y de nuestros ingresos”.
Las denuncias se basan en la ley nacional de Defensa al Consumidor, la ley provincial y la ordenanza municipal, acotó el referente de autoconvocados, para invitar a “mañana sábado a partir de las 9, que se realizará una movilización alrededor de la plaza y luego vamos a pasar frente a las concesionarias”, para visualizar la situación
