Proyecto de ley prevé suspender por 2 años las elecciones PASO en Chaco
Los presentaron legisladores de la oposición, fundamentando que genera un costo innecesario para el estado provincial.
Diputados de radicalismo chaqueño presentaron un proyecto de ley que prevé suspender por años las elecciones Primarias Abiertas Simultaneas y Obligatorias (PASO), debido a “la Provincia, a decir de las autoridades gobernantes, atraviesa una situación compleja en lo económico”, según se menciona en el proyecto 3374, al que accedió Diario21.tv.
La presentación se realizó en el mes de agosto, aunque se hizo público en los últimos días, y consta de tan solo dos artículos. En el primero de ellos estipula “Suspéndase por el término de 2 (dos) años la vigencia de la Ley N° 2073-Q (Antes Ley N° 7141) y sus modificatoria, que establece el Sistema de Elecciones Primarias, Abiertas, Simultáneas y Obligatorias de las elecciones primarias y las agrupaciones políticas”.
En los fundamentos del mismo se menciona que “la Provincia, a decir de las autoridades gobernantes, atraviesa una situación compleja en lo económico. Tal es así que este año desde el oficialismo se ha ingresado a esta Cámara un proyecto solicitando la prórroga de la emergencia económica. Es de público conocimiento que hay varios temas a resolver en diversos sectores como educación o salud”.
En otro tramo de la fundamentación, se señala que “ante este panorama, y considerando que una optimización en el direccionamiento de los recursos públicos sería una herramienta imprescindible para dar respuestas a los mismos, es que propiciamos la suspensión por el término de 2 años de la Ley 2703 – Q (Ex Ley 7141) a fin de evitar desembolsos millonarios como ya ha ocurrido en el año 2017, en las que hubo que solventar el costo de 5 elecciones”.
Por otra parte, los legisladores radicales advierten que “en el 2019, si se presentaran escenarios de segunda vuelta y desdoblan elecciones municipales, ese número sería aún mayor”.
Este proyecto presentado en la Legislatura chaqueña, lleva la firma de los Diputados Alejandro Aradas, Gustavo Silvio Corradi, Irene Ada Dumrauf, Livio Edgardo Gutierrez y Carim Peche.
