SABADINI BUSCA ANULAR TODA PERICIA CUYOS RESULTADOS VAYAN EN FAVOR DE LAS PERSONAS IMPUTADAS
Sabadini pedirá la nulidad de la pericia de la Policía Federal y que se investigue a los peritos
Fuentes judiciales confirmaron a CHACO DIA POR DIA que el fiscal Federal de Resistencia, Patricio Sabadini, pedirá la nulidad de la pericia contable que realizó la Policía Federal en el marco de la causa Lavado II. También solicitará que se investigue el accionar del perito que confeccionó el informe y la inmediata elevación a juicio de la causa.
Un informe realizado por el contador Furriel Azpiroz, de la División Lavado de Activos de la Policía Federal provocó un giro inesperado en la causa Lavado II, donde están procesados, entre otros, la diputada nacional, Aída Ayala y el sindicalista municipal, Jacinto Sampayo.
De acuerdo a la pericia, con los elementos de la causa, no habría pruebas suficientes para determinar que los imputados cometieron el delito de lavado de dinero ni que se hubieran enriquecido de manera ilícita. Esto es una gran noticia para las defensas, ya que con esta declaración se podría solicitar el sobreseimiento de todos.
Sin embargo, el fiscal federal, Patricio Sabadini no piensa igual. Si bien se encuentra de licencia, fuentes judiciales confirmaron que a su regreso (después del 15 de febrero) pedirá la nulidad de la pericia, que se haga una nueva y solicitará que se investigue a los peritos que intervinieron en la misma.
Según pudo saber este medio, uno de los cuestionamientos al trabajo del contador auditor, Furriel Azpiroz, es que Aída Ayala conocía hace varios meses el resultado de dicha pericia, antes incluso de que se incorpore al expediente y que lo conozca la jueza, Zunilda Niremperger. Con esto, se infiere que el informe no habría sido de todo imparcial.
Se cuestionó también la aseveración realizada por el contador respecto de que en la causa no habrían facturas apócrifas cuando, según la fiscalía, la propia AFIP cuenta con información detallada respecto de la existencia de las mismas.
Todo esto, sumado a que el informe se realizó sin tomar en cuenta todos los elementos necesarios para determinar fehacientemente si hubo o no enriquecimiento ilícito, lavado de dinero, favorecimiento a empresas amigas y sobreprecios.
Finalmente, el fiscal solicitará a Niremperger que le corra vista para confeccionar el requerimiento fiscal de elevación a juicio.
