Docentes del colegio intercultural Bilingüe de WICHI EL PINTADO denuncian la ante la comisaria de Wichi con intervención de la fiscalía del Juzgado multifuero de Misión Nueva Pompeya, que la “guardia comunitaria wichi armados custodian y recorren las instalaciones del colegio”. También denuncian el Director Borda alegando que no atiende a los docente que denunciaron corrupción, en tanto el defensor del pueblo Gustavo Corregido se hizo presente en la región, y que por su parte el abogado del director presentó una denuncia ante el juzgado multifuero el pasado viernes y transformó a la escuela en su estudio Jurídico”.
Las docentes denuncian, atropello, que custodian la escuela con armas. La denuncia la radica una docente en la comisaria y otra en juzgado multifuero, donde dicen que personas identificadas con la guardia comunitaria Wichi se encuentran dentro del establecimiento educativo WICHI según les dijeron por orden de su JEFE Arial Fabian, a pedido del Director Borda, las imágenes muestran a personas de los pueblos Wichi con arma y con cachiporra dentro del establecimiento educativo.
El abogado Dr. Christian Brouseer es el que representa al Director Borda, trabajo durante varios días de la semana pasada, representado a Borda, no a la escuela intercultural Bilingüe, lo hizo en el establecimiento educativo, para el último día hábil presentar las acciones contra los docentes y según trascendió contra medios que publicaron la denuncia, comentarios de pasillos dicen que este abogado tendría relación muy cercana con quienes tienen que investigar y hace correr unas fotos juntos a funcionarios judiciales en la comunidad de Wichi y Pompeya.

Hable con la secretaria de la Escuela, la ciudadana H. C., quien me atendió y me dijo que debía esperar por lo que espere un buen rato afuera, continúe esperando y nunca que me atendieron, por lo que decidí trasladarme a mi casa en virtud de que me siento intimidada por estas personas que están uniformadas, ya que temo por mi integridad física y la de mis colegas. Que radico la presente a los efectos de dejar constancia de lo ocurrido y solicito a las autoridades Educativas y Judiciales que tomen carta en el asunto. También quiero agregar que estas personas que están armadas están acompañadas por el ciudadano ARIEL FABIAN este ciudadano es de la Etnia Wichi y con domicilio en la Localidad de El Sauzalito este señor no puede permanecer en la Escuela tampoco su gente que lo acompañan ya que ninguno de ellos pertenece ni dan clases en el Establecimiento Escolar, pero según ellos están acompañando al director del Establecimiento Señor BORDA RAMON CLEMENTE.
